Unfortunately however, some stock deliveries been delayed and we are currently unable to operate our phone line as normal. UK DELIVERY

Free delivery on lingerie offer: This offer applies to all maternity bras, nursing bras, briefs and thongs.

If your belly is bulging by the day, you probably want that back support right now! Or perhaps you’re planning ahead. We have three delivery options:

> Free Delivery (UK only)
Free delivery offers – get them while it’s on! Please see site for current offers. Free delivery items are sent by standard parcel/2nd class post. Where possible orders are despatched on the next working day. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. As we are based in the UK we are only able to offer this to delivery addresses with a UK postcode.

> Standard Delivery UK - £2.95
Orders are despatched on the next working day. We use parcel post/2nd class post, so expect to receive your order within 5-7 working days from despatch.

> Express Delivery UK - £3.95
Orders are despatched on the next working day. We use 1st class post, so expect to receive your order within 3-4 working days from despatch.

Please note: Some items cannot be sent by Express Delivery - please check on the product description. If one of the items in your cart is excluded, you can still choose express delivery for the others, but the excluded item will be sent by standard delivery

> Does FHTM ship to a different address from my billing address?
We prefer to ship to your card billing address - this protects you (and us) from internet card fraud and identity theft. Click the 'shipping address' option duting checkout if you need to use an alternate delivery address.

> I can't order an item beacuse the size I want isn't displayed....do you have it is stock?
Unfotunately this normally means the item is out of stock. This may be a only temporary so it's best to e-mail us at sales@fromheretomaternity.co.uk (or click 'contact us' above) or call us on 0845 867 8879 and we can check the stock for you.



RETURNS

If you are worried about posting back your parcel during the postal strikes, please just e-mail us and we extend the returns period for you!

Even though you get the best prices online, being unable to pop into a fitting room is a big drawback. And we know that when it comes to maternity wear, a loose hem can break the deal! As soon as your order arrives, try everything on (as if you need telling) and if you need to return anything we’ll process it as fast as we can. If you have even the slightest concern just stick it back in the post – our returns policy really is ‘no quibble’.

> How to return an item
A returns form will be included with your order. Use it to return any items, within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging. It’s a good idea to obtain a ‘proof of posting’ receipt from your Post Office. Unfortunately we can't refund your outward postage cost as it's a direct cost. Send your package to:

> Where should complaints be directed?
If you have any problems that haven’t been resolved by our team, you can complain by letter, phone, fax or email. Complaints will be managed confidentially and you’ll receive a reply within 5 working days.

> Published prices and VAT
Goods are charged at price shown on the product page on the date the customer places the order. Prices are inclusive of UK VAT (value added tax) – we are unable to supply goods net of VAT outside the UK. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, but in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be asked if you wish to proceed with your order.

We do not and will not disclose any of your information to third party companies. From time to time we might use your contact details to invite you to promotional events like sales or announce new lines and to send our e-magazine to you. You can unsubscribe to our promotional communications at any time.

> Supply of Goods
We know it’s irritating when you place an order for something which turns out not to be in stock! As such, we manually update the site with stock levels every day. If you do order an item which is unavailable, you’ll be offered a refund or alternative – as you prefer. Nothing will be sent without your agreement. We endeavour to supply goods as described on our site.

>Telephone Orders
Credit card fraud is an increasing problem, so Visa and Mastercard have introduced online security password systems (Verfied by Visa, Mastercard Secure) to protect customers. Unfortunately we cannot use these systems on telephone orders, so we have taken the decision to only take orders placed through our internet site. If you need any help placing an order, please call our enquiry line on 0845 867 8879. In addition, we reserve the right NOT to supply goods where we suspect a fraudulent or unauthorised transaction has taken place. In these circumstances we will inform you and make an immediate refund to the card used.
